This position is ideal for someone interested in the business and external affairs side of defense and national security who wishes to increase the impact of research and analysis.

Defense Studies Intern (Spring 2025)

CSBA is currently seeking candidates for a full- or part-time, paid Spring 2025 internship with flexible start and end dates. The intern’s primary responsibility will be data collection for a project on current and future Russian military forces, the cost of those forces, and potential modernization options for the Russian military. The selected candidate will also gain exposure to a wide range of defense policy issues.
