Jesse Sloman is an analyst at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. His work at CSBA has focused on naval warfare and has included the design and execution of seminar-style wargames and support for CSBA's analysis of future fleet architectures. Prior to joining CSBA, Mr. Sloman worked at the Council on Foreign Relations. He served as an intelligence officer in the Marine Corps from 2009 to 2013 and as a civil affairs officer in the Marine Corps Reserve from 2013 to 2016.
Mr. Sloman is the recipient of the 2012 Major General Michael E. Ennis Award for Literary Excellence and a co-winner of the 2016 U.S. Naval Institute Emerging & Disruptive Technologies Essay Contest.
