I expect DOD to draft a baseline consensus budget, and laying out specific additional options and areas for the administration's decisions." Blakeley said she was watching POM-18 for clues as to DOD's new plans for investments in space "as well as for indications as to what the future ground forces will be in the current strategic environment."
