On September 9, 2014, CSBA hosted a congressional briefing sponsored by Representative Jackie Speier to discuss its latest study Rethinking Readiness. The study’s author Todd Harrison explained how the DoD measures readiness and offered his recommendations on a more effective allocation of resources to achieve the readiness required by strategy.
