...Bryan Clark, a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, argues that additions like the overthehorizon missile and additional armor are good, but don't go far enough in meeting a true frigate's capabilities.
"It's not enough to address the real problems that they have," Clark said in a Nov. 13 interview. "A frigate is supposed to deliver some capabilities that would reduce or mitigate the demand on destroyers."
