Office Manager

Charlyne Ivory is the Office Manager at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. She is a highly experienced office manager with a background in financial management, IT, and human resources. With nearly 20 years of experience in management and administrative roles, she has worked in both for-profit and nonprofit industries, including hospitality, real estate, and nonprofit organizations. Charlyne holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Norfolk State University. She is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist and a Certified Administrative Professional. She also serves as a Notary Public in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling.
