CSBA commissioned this monograph on DoD efficiency initiatives in order to accomplish three goals: first, to provide the reader with a concise description of recent efforts in this area; second, to identify the main barriers that hinder efficiency improvements; and third, to offer recommendations about how these barriers might be overcome to achieve more significant levels of savings in the future.
Studies
