On July 28, 2015, the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) and Booz Allen Hamilton co-hosted a Directed Energy Summit to explore new issues and solutions related to fielding directed energy (DE) and related capabilities. The Summit addressed emerging threats and identified new advantages that DE systems will provide for warfighters.
