Katherine Bloomfield is the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Engagement at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. She oversees and coordinates the organization’s external affairs, strategic communications, events, and social media. Prior to joining CSBA in 2026, Ms. Bloomfield worked for Deloitte as a program management and communications consultant, where she supported various Department of Defense clients, including the Department of the Air Force and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
Ms. Bloomfield earned her M.A. in Security Studies from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service. She graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a B.A. in Political Science-International Relations.
