Madison Creery

Research Fellow

Madison Creery is a research fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. Her work focuses on the defense budget, future warfare, and great power competition. Prior to CSBA, Madison was a Cyber Strategy and Policy Analyst with the U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission, where she developed approaches and recommendations for the Department of Defense in the cyber domain. Her prior experience also includes work at the American Enterprise Institute and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, focusing on U.S. military strategy and the defense budget.
